Steph Curry, Draymond Green's Actions After Game 7 Win Draw Quick Reaction From NBA
Despite a formidable effort from the Houston Rockets on Sunday night, it was the Golden State Warriors who prevailed in what turned out to be a hard-fought Game 7 clash.
The Warriors came to Houston to take out the No. 2 seed Rockets, 103-89, en route to claiming their spot in the next round, where they will face the Minnesota Timberwolves in the Western Conference semifinals.
Steph Curry and Draymond Green were visibly hyped after the win as the two stars made their way to the locker room shortly after the final buzzer. In fact, Green screamed “surprise” a number of times, which drew a laugh from Curry.
The Warriors stars’ behavior after the win drew a quick reaction from the league.

As the post indicated, this is far from the first time Curry and Green played in a do-or-die Game 7 matchup. As a matter of fact, Sunday marked their fourth Game 7 victory.
Be that as it may, it is clear that this does not make Sunday’s win over the Rockets any less special. Green, in particular, proved just that with his hyped reaction after their series victory against a relentless Houston side.
The Warriors will need to have this same level of energy come Tuesday as they return to the court to battle Anthony Edwards and the Wolves in Game 1 of their second-round matchup.
Minnesota just took out LeBron James, Luka Doncic and the rest of the Los Angeles Lakers in the opening round, and they will be looking to do the same against the Warriors in the West semis.
