Week 6 is in the books for the Minnesota Vikings. All the positivity that the Chicago Bears carried into Week 6 was zapped away by the end of their loss to the Minnesota Vikings.
Jordan Hicks recorded an interception deep in Minnesota territory late in the second quarter, before the Vikings drove 77 yards to finish the possession with a 10-yard touchdown to Jordan Addison.
Hicks’ big day wasn’t over. In the third quarter, he scooped up a fumble forced by Josh Metellus and returned it 42 yards for a touchdown.
On the other hand, the Niners fell from the ranks of the undefeated this past week as Jake Moody missed a last-second field goal, leading to San Francisco’s 19-17 loss to the Cleveland Browns.
Injuries could be a significant part of the story in this game, as several star players for the Niners suffered at least mild injuries in the loss to Cleveland. This list includes running back Christian McCaffrey and wide receiver Deebo Samuel, so their situations will be worth monitoring throughout the week.
