Report: Man United hoping to announce the signing of ‘incredible’ player on their priority list soon
Manchester United have been heavily linked with a move for the Brentford attacker Bryan Mbeumo in recent weeks.
They are keen on the 25-year-old Cameroon International, and a report from Fichajes claims that they are hoping to announce his signing soon. They have had an offer rejected for the 25-year-old, but they are preparing an improved bid to get the deal done. Manchester United are looking to offer €65 million for the player now.
Bryan Mbeumo would be a superb addition
Mbeumo is one of the best attackers in the Premier League right now, and he has been hailed as an “incredible” player by his former manager, Thomas Frank. He scored 20 goals last season and picked up nine assists as well. Manchester United need more quality depth on the flanks, and Mbeumo could transform them going forward.
Apart from his ability to score and create goals, he will add unpredictability to the side with his ability to take on defenders in one versus one situations and beat them. He could prove to be a major upgrade on some of their current options.

Manchester United are expected to rebuild their attacking unit this summer. Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho and Antony have all been linked with a permanent exit from the club. The Red Devils have already brought in Matheus Cunha, and it seems that they are looking to add Mbeumo to the squad as well.
Ideally, they should look to invest in a centre forward as well. It will be interesting to see if they can bring in the necessary additions this summer and bounce back strongly next season.
They finished in the bottom half of the table last season, and a club of their stature should be doing a lot better. They need quality players in order to get back to the top of English football.
