Federico Chiesa mut get his chance
The Bild report is talking about £17m per year to get Gnabry – staggering amounts for a player who doesn’t deliver all that much. And that’s not down to his quality but more how often he plays.
Gnabry started just 13 Bundesliga fixtures last season and has never started more than 26 league games in a season. Now, his numbers are actually very solid for a player who isn’t on the pitch too often – he averages quite comfortably over a goal or assist every 180 minutes.
